Does anyone having sync issues in outloook mobile app

I am still trying to get back with the user on the OneDrive issue. I’m wondering if you either have a UPN or SMTP proxy address conflict. The SMTP would explain why they aren’t getting the correct UPN on the Microsoft side. It seems like there is a disconnect between O365 and exchange which is super weird to me...
