To make the learning process more interactive, Mrs. Smith devised a system of rewards for students showing substantial progress, thereby motivating them to try harder. In a short time, students' attitudes toward reading started changing. They became confident and developed interest in books, which before seemed too complex for their comprehension level. Six students, in particular, showed exceptional progress. They improved their reading levels from 'Below Standard' to 'Approaching Standard'....
