As much as I love them, flashbacks simply don’t facilitate an approach like this. They’re an elusive manner of storytelling by design, providing brief snapshots of memories as we’re left to fill in the blanks for ourselves. It informed the overall tone and thematic delivery of the last game, but now that enigmatic atmosphere has subsided, it’s time to commit to something more definitive.

Deltarune has been lauded by the masses, and fans can't wait for the final product to grace them with their presence. Hopefully, the full game won't take too long to come out, with the quality of this game being just as enjoyable as the first game, if not m

Couple in character switching between Chris & Claire and multiple settings with their own puzzles (that often can’t be tackled in any order,) getting through _ CV _ can be a challenge– especially thanks to the harder difficulty curve. A remake could fix _ Code Veronica _ ’s design issues and m

RE4 isn’t the first game to get a VR remake, but it is the first to really capitalize on the nostalgia potential. Skyrim VR, No Man’s Sky, and LA Noire VR are all modified - and in some ways, compromised - versions of modern games, but RE4VR is entirely modernized and enhanced by VR. This isn’t just an alternate way to play RE4, it’s the best way to play it in 2

It does something that a remake or remaster can never do. No matter how much Mass Effect Legendary Edition or Spyro Reignited may look like how we remember them, they’ll never be able to capture the experience of playing games as a kid. Revisiting classics through remasters and remakes definitely induces nostalgia, and they have the power to trigger all manner of memories and feelings from the past, but a fresh coat of paint just isn’t enough to truly bring me back. Resident Evil 4 VR, despite it being a completely different format, Https://Adventuregameland.Com/Posts/Elden-Ring-Fan-S-Stop-Motion-Ashes-Of-War-Project-Ignites-Community-Passion; has moved me in ways a normal remake never could. We should expect to see more PS2-era games on the Quest 2 (or Meta 2, I guess), hopefully a lot more. Games like Shadow of the Colossus , Metal Gear Solid 3, Silent Hill 2, and Beyond Good & Evil are ripe for VR versions, and I’d love to see even older games like GoldenEye and Perfect Dark remade for the Quest too. A robust library of classic games is exactly what VR needs to attract a wider audience, and Resident Evil 4 was absolutely the best place to st

Grogu's life after Order 66 is generally a mystery, as is much about him. It's not clear who his master was, or if he had one at the time of the attack. None of the flashbacks are told with any sense of chronology, so you’ll stumble across them randomly and be forced to work out exactly what is going on and how it factors into the overall adventure. This mirrors Link’s own amnesia, so it feels like we’ve truly been placed in his shoes, trying to work out how our friends were lost and what we can do to save whatever it is they left behind.

Enough time has passed since both the original _ Resident Evil _ remake and _ Resident Evil 5 _ where Wesker isn’t exactly a presence anymore as far as the franchise is concerned. His legacy may be alive, but Wesker is long gone narratively. Which is why remaking _ Code Veronica _ might raise more questions than answers. Modern audiences won’t be able to attach themselves to the intimate history between Chris and Wesker. More importantly, Wesker’s role in _ Code Veronica _ simply has nowhere to go unless Capcom plans on remaking _ Resident Evil 5, _ which seems unlikely given how well the game still se

<img src="https://assets-prd.ignimgs.com/2024/06/26/beast-claws-build-yt-main-1719367316500.jpg?width=1280"; style="max-width:420px;float:right;padding:10px 0px 10px 10px;border:0px;" alt="Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree - Overpowered BEAST CLAWS Build Guide - IGN" />_ Code Veronica _ is almost the end of an era of sorts for _ Resident Evil _ , and it in turn pays tribute to the franchise’s many settings and recurring puzzles– going so far as to even feature a rendition of the original game’s mansion during the climax. It’s a nice nod for fans of the series, but it also means _ CV _ has a very derivative sett

Despite Breath of the Wild being recognised as a masterpiece, its storytelling aspects are one of its most criticised elements. Given the nature of its narrative, and how Link finds himself awakening a century after the world began to fall apart, it’s natural that a number of critical characters have either perished, moved on, or just aren’t part of the picture anymore. It’s a lonely game, but deliberately so.
