Week 6 Seasonal Challenges Guide – Destiny 2: Season Of The Lost

<a href="https://www.Destiny2Hub.com/">Destiny 2 patch notes</a> 2's Season of the Lost has released its sixth set of Seasonal Challenges for Guardians to tackle. This is the first week that has a Challenger XP+++ reward from a challenge, granting the equivalent of a Season Pass rank when completed. If you're looking to get your Season Pass to rank 100 this season, you'll want to do some of this week's challenges. <img src="https://images.hdqwalls.com/wallpapers/destiny-2-season-of-arrival-o1.jpg"; style="max-width:450px;float:left;padding:10px 10px 10px 0px;border:0px;" alt="" />

This week, you'll need to play multiple rounds of Astral Alignment, acquire the Finale ornament for Ascendancy, and counter Champions in endgame content. We'll be covering all seven challenges this week, their rewards, and the fastest way you can complete each of them.

Wayfinder's Voyage VI

Wayfinder's Voyage VI: Use the Wayfinder's Compass to complete Wayfinder's Voyage VI. Also, defeat Scorn anywhere in the system. Powerful Scorn in the Astral Alignment Activity grant bonus progress.

Wayfinder's Compass Calibration Level

This week's challenge requires that you finish the sixth part of Wayfinder's Voyage and defeat 200 Scorn. Unlike last week's challenge , the enemy faction is correctly labeled this time. You can find large sums of Scorn at the Kingship Dock Lost Sector in the Tangled Shore. One or two Astral Alignment runs are more than enough to finish the Scorn kills as well.

Astral Telemetry III

Astral Telemetry III: Gain Parallax Trajectories from playlist or Astral Alignment activities, or from Ascendant Anchors found on destinations and in the Shattered Realm activity.

This challenge is retroactive.

You'll need to gather 10,000 Parallax Trajectories for this challenge. Fortunately, all Trajectories previously obtained will count retroactively, so this challenge should already be finished for most. If it's not, you can farm Crucible matches and Shattered Realm missions to get this done quickly. This week's Shattered Realm mission, the Ruins of Wrath , also has quite a few Anchors for you to find.

Solar Fusion Power

Solar Fusion Power: Defeat combatants with Fusion Rifles and Solar melee attacks. Combatants defeated in the Shattered Realm activity will grant bonus progress.

Wayfinder's Compass Calibration Level

Solar Fusion Power requires 300 Fusion Rifle kills and 150 Solar melee kills. Standard kill farms, such as the Shattered Throne's Thrall hallway and Shuro Chi checkpoint in Last Wish, are great for this challenge. Rapid-Fire Fusions and Vex Mythoclast are your best options for Fusion kills. As for Solar melee kills:

Hunter

Middle Tree Gunslinger: Fan of Knives deal high damage and recharge quickly.

Warlock

Bottom Tree Dawnblade: Kills from this tree's on-kill explosions count as melee final blows. Melee a group of targets to start an explosive chain reaction.

Titan

Bottom Tree Sunbreaker: Mortar Blast can hit an infinite amount of targets in its small blast radius. Use this if you're farming Shuro Chi or Thrall hallway.

Middle Tree Sunbreaker: If you aren't using a kill farm, Throwing Hammer is a great pick. Kill a target, grab the hammer, and repeat.

Advanced Ley Liner

Advanced Ley Liner: Complete rounds of Astral Alignment and install Paracasual Batteries.

Wayfinder's Compass Calibration Level

Advanced Ley Liner requires that you complete Astral Alignment objectives and install Paracasual Batteries during the battery escort section. The API states that you need to do this 100 times, but this isn't the case. A single Astral Alignment run grants 20% progress, so this will take five runs at most to complete.

Display Of Dominance

Display of Dominance: Acquire the Crucible ornament for Ascendancy.

This challenge is retroactive.

Finale is the name of Ascendancy's Crucible ornament. You can obtain this ornament by resetting your Valor once during Season 15 and reaching the rank of "Legend" once again. Claim it from Shaxx's reward track once you've reached this rank. Ascendancy itself drops from any ritual vendor —Zavala, Shaxx, and the Drifter—when you reach the rank of "Legend" in their respective activity.

Apex Armorer

Apex Armorer: Masterwork a piece of armor.

Masterworking a piece of armor is going to cost an Ascendant Shard, three Enhancement Prisms, and three Enhancement Cores. If you need these materials, the best sources are Trials of Osiris and Master Nightfalls. Winning games in Trials with a seven-win Passage has a chance of dropping Enhancement Prisms and Ascendant Shards. Clearing a Master Nightfall with a Platinum score has a high chance of dropping an Ascendant Shard and Prisms.

As for which item to Masterwork, Masterwork your class item . They don't roll with random stats and can equip some of the strongest seasonal Artifact mods . If you've already Masterworked a class item, Masterwork another one with a different element. Stasis was introduced as an armor affinity this season. If you don't own a Masterworked Stasis class item, we suggest you invest your materials into one.

Sling The Stone...

Sling The Stone... Stagger, pierce, or disrupt Champions.

300 Bright Dust

This challenge requires that you counter any Champion type 50 times. Anti-Barrier counters Barrier Champions, Overload weapons stun Overloads, and Unstoppable weapons stun Unstoppables. Stunning the same Champion multiple times will count for this challenge .

If you want to get this challenge done quickly, use a Duskfield Grenade. Throw a Duskfield at an Overload Champion, then stun them. They'll repeatedly get stunned, resetting their Overload status. Keep stunning the Overload Champion until the grenade goes away. You can equip Resonance Siphon in your class item to get your Duskfield back when you stun something twice, allowing you to repeat this process until the Champion dies or the challenge is finished.
