Almost three million people have fled the country since Russia invaded last month, with the majority, more than 1.7 million, going to Poland. Fergie has been vocal about both the refugees and Polish people needing help, describing the situation as 'heartbreaking'.
Many of us get stage fright at the thought of public speaking in front of a huge audience or doing something mortifying at a party in front of work colleagues, but it turns out that some people fear rather more mundane situations. 
People from around the world took to Whisper to reveal the 'normal things' they are too embarrassed to do in public - including a Californian woman, who doesn't like kissing her boyfriend in view of others 
The royal, who recently relaunched the programme in a bid to show support to the children of Ukraine, said she hoped Little Red would be a real 'bringer of joy and bringer of hope' on the show, which appears to be her mission during the Poland trip.
She says that she remembers when she got her first commission from a work colleague, who wanted a dress for a party, she went home 'crying' because she was 'flattered' that someone believed in her and 'trusted' her to make her a dress. 
Her charity Sarah's Trust has sent three articulated lorries with supplies to Poland, and she travelled to Warsaw where she was welcomed by Mayor Rafał Kazimierz Trzaskowski, to find out 'what more we can do'. 
People from around the world took to anonymous sharing app Whisper to admit the ordinary things they feel too embarrassed to do in public, from one who hates to blow their nose, to a Californian woman who avoids kissing her boyfriend in view of others. 
'I also met Anna, a production assistant whose parents remain in the outskirts of Kyiv, taking refuge in the basement of their building with no electricity or water for days.
What these people are going through is unimaginable.'
In a third post, she called on people to help, writing: 'Mayor [Trzaskowski] showed me around one of the buildings giving refuge to families including Olga and her young children. He told me how an extra 9,000 children have arrived in Warsaw's schools over the last 10 days and there's a real shortage of teachers.

She said: 'I fell in love with the print and kept the fabric for "something special". You will find with fellow sewers that we have bags of fabrics that we have collected over the years for "something special" and they never get used.'
