With Fortnite feeling as new as ever , Chapter 3's island manages to feel brand new despite having a good amount of areas and assets from Chapters 1 and 2. The map features four biomes, each with their own unique areas and NPC's to discover. The desert biome feels a lot like the original desert area from Chapter 1, but rockier and canyon-like. Two brand new locations, Chonker's Speedway and Condo Canyon, are some areas the player can land at this biome. Fortnite 's Chapter 3 spared no expense when it came to new mechanics. From sliding to swinging like Spider-Man, the game feels fresh. Starting with sliding, mobility feels so much better than it had previously, with scaling down cliffs being much easier and faster to do.
