Study skills encapsulate an array of exercises that are proven to enhance an individual's ability to acquire, retain, and comprehend information and knowledge. They serve as the pivotal aspect behind an individual's academic success. Overall, improving study skills can significantly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning.
Effective note-taking is another key study skill. Notes enable pieces of information to be retained and understood better, assisting in revising and consolidating information. Furthermore, adopting healthy lifestyle habits can significantly improve study skills.
